Please carefully read the following Terms of Use before using the “Time4Magic” online store. By entering our website and making purchases, you agree to the following terms and commit to abide by them.



The online store located at www.time4magic.pl is owned by Michal Gorski, running his professional card trading business under the legal name Michal Gorski MKG Solutions, ul. Wlokniarzy 4/8, 54-062 Wroclaw, POLAND, VAT UE PL8942833508




Whenever the regulations mention:

a) store or online store, this means Michal Gorski, operating under the name Michal Gorski MKG Solutions.

b) consumer, it means a natural person who enters into a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.

c) order, this means goods purchased via the website www.time4magic.pl.

d) customer, means a person purchasing goods via the website www.time4magic.pl

e) paying for the order, it means making the payment and posting the payment to the store’s bank account.

f) the store’s headquarters, this means Michal Gorski MKG Solutions, ul. Wlokniarzy 4/8, 54-062 Wroclaw, POLAND





1. These regulations cover the use of the online store at www.time4magic.pl

2. The provisions of these regulations regarding withdrawal from the contract do not apply to entities who do not act as consumers in transactions with the store.

3. Distance contracts are concluded via this online store within the meaning of the Polish and EU Law.

4. These regulations only apply to contracts concluded via the online store.

5. The information contained on the store’s website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code but constitute an invitation to submit offers within the meaning of Art. 71 of this Act.

6. The customer is notified about the acceptance or inability to complete the order by receiving an e-mail from the store.

7. In the case of customers who are not consumers, the court competent to hear disputes arising from the contract concluded through the store is the court competent for the location of the store.

8. If the customer creates an account to be used on www.time4magic.pl, the customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to his/her account. The customer also agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under his/her account or password, including being held liable for any payments due on purchases made under his/her account.

9. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the website is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

10. You agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activity while using our website.

11. You must not use our website for any fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

12. By using the online store at www.time4magic.pl, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.




1. Prices of goods are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. The prices may be shown in Euro, via an exchange rate, but the applicable currency is Polish zloty (PLN)

2. The price given for each product is binding for the parties at the time of placing the order.

3. Prices do not include delivery costs.

4. The condition of the cards sold is marked as follows:

a) NM ( Near Mint ) – The card shows no signs of use. Minor and infrequent white marks on the edges are permitted. Scratches on the card are unacceptable.

b) EX ( Excellent ) – The card has minor traces of use. The damage may be visible, but may not be significant. EX condition cards usually have a few white marks on the corners or edges. The surface may have a few minor scratches visible upon closer inspection.

c) GD (Good) – The card has visible traces of use on its entire surface. The edges and corners have many white marks, and there are usually scratches on the surface. However, wear and tear is only caused by normal use of the card and not by external factors (watering, cutting, etc.)

5. The price of the card reflects its condition.




1. Payment for the order must be made within 7 days of placing it:

a) to the bank account: IBAN PL17116022020000000582477253, BIC/SWIFT BIGBPLPWXXX

b) in person at the store’s headquarters.

c) via online available online payments methods,

2. Failure to pay for the order within the period specified in these regulations results in the cancellation of the order.

3. The payment date is the day the store’s bank account is credited.




1. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

2. The customer is obliged to choose one of the following methods of delivery of the goods:

a) registered letter sent via Poczta Polska

b) courier shipment

The final shipment costs are dependant on the shipment’s weight.

3. In the case of goods in the store’s warehouse, the order will be shipped within 3 business days after the money is credited to the Store’s account.

4. Personal pickup of the order is possible:

a) at the store’s headquarters at ul. Wlokniarzy 4/8, 54-062 Wroclaw

5. Goods marked as “pre-sale” will be shipped no earlier than the day the product is officially released on the market.




1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (order) within 14 days without giving a reason and without incurring costs.

2. The customer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the store will immediately refund to the customer, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, all payments made by him, including the costs of delivering the order.

4. The store may withhold the refund of payments received from the customer until the item is returned or the consumer provides proof of sending it back, depending on which event occurs first.

5. The customer is obliged to return the item to the store immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the items before its expiry.

6. The customer only bears the direct costs of returning the items.

7. The customer is responsible for reducing the value of the item resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.




1. The store is liable to the customer if the goods have a physical or legal defect (warranty).

2. The store is exempt from liability under the warranty if the customer knew about the defect at the time of concluding the contract.

3. Complaints should be reported to the store via e-mail: sklep@time4magic.pl

4. When exercising the rights under the complaint (warranty), the customer may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract, unless the store immediately and without excessive inconvenience to the buyer replaces the defective item with a defect-free one or removes the defect.

5. The customer who exercises the rights under the complaint (warranty) is obliged to return the defective order to the store’s address at the expense of the store.

6. When submitting a complaint, the customer should submit proof of purchase of the goods and a description of the defect.

1. To place an order, the customer provides the store with the following data: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number.

2. The store is the administrator of the customer’s personal data.

3. By placing an order, the customer consents to the processing of personal data.

4. The customer’s personal data is processed only for the purpose of payment and order fulfillment

5. Transaction data, including personal data, may be transferred to PayU SA with its registered office in Poznań 60-166 , ul. Grunwaldzka 186, KRS 0000274399 . to the extent necessary to process payment for the order. The customer has the right to access and correct their data. Providing data is voluntary and necessary to use the website

6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide them may prevent the order from being processed.

7. The customer has the right to access his personal data collected by the store, rectify it, delete it and withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
